Intimate Garden Club wedding inspired by citrus and English Gardens

Inspired by the romance of English country gardens and the sun-drenched orangeries of France, Caroline and Joshua set out to bring the botanicals of Europe to Texas for their spring wedding at the River Oaks Garden Club. The design was rooted in personal meaning—drawing from the orange tree in their own backyard, citrus became a central motif throughout the weekend. From custom-crafted orange trees to sculptural citrus topiaries, the celebration unfolded in bold color, chinoiserie-inspired patterns, and abundant, joyful florals. Thoughtfully layered and deeply personal, the event felt as vibrant and welcoming as the couple themselves.
