When your creative identity is strong, your business should rise to meet it. These one-on-one mentorships are crafted for florists seeking clarity, alignment, and strategic growth. Whether you're evolving your brand, refining your offerings, or preparing for a new season, our mentorships provide the practical insight and creative support you need to move forward with confidence—and intention. During our time, we are at your disposal to answer any business or method related questions to help guide you in your own practice.We offer one time sessions are $250 for 90 minutes or a year long mentorship of 10 sessions for $2,000.

These sessions are designed to strengthen both your creative practice and your confidence—focusing on composition, color, material selection, and sustainable design, while guiding you toward a more refined and intentional point of view.
Each mentorship is bespoke. We work together in-studio to identify areas for growth and develop work that reflects the level you are ready to step into.
One-Day Mentorship — $4,000
A focused, immersive day of design, instruction, and portfolio development. Includes all materials, a detailed workbook, and professional photography of your work.Two-Day Mentorship — $6,500
An expanded experience that includes a fully curated editorial shoot. We produce a complete visual story—bringing in a model, wardrobe, paper suite, and full styling—so you leave with a publishable body of work aligned with a higher-end market.All work is professionally photographed, and you will receive a complete gallery for your portfolio.
