Workshops & Educational Offerings

Booking & Payment

Workshop reservations may be made via the Website or direct correspondence.

  • Full payment is required to confirm participation

  • Select offerings may include structured payment plans

  • Private workshops require a deposit to reserve dates

International Attendees

Participants traveling from outside the United States are responsible for securing appropriate travel documentation.

Inability to attend due to visa delays or denial does not qualify for a refund.

All instruction is conducted in English. Translation services may be arranged for private groups at an additional cost.

Cancellations & Transfers

We understand that plans change; however, due to the nature of our work:

  • Cancellations made 6 weeks or more in advance are eligible for a full refund

  • Cancellations within 6 weeks may receive a 50% refund or transfer credit

  • Transfers may be applied to a future workshop within one year

If a workshop is canceled by the Company, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, travel disruptions, labor shortages, or other unforeseen events.

Studio Conduct

We maintain a considered and professional working environment.

Participants are expected to follow all safety guidance provided at the start of each workshop.
Failure to do so may result in dismissal without refund.

Appropriate attire—including closed-toe shoes—is required.

Photography

You are welcome to document your own work.

We ask that you respect the work and privacy of others by seeking permission before photographing them or their designs.

We may capture imagery during workshops for editorial or marketing use.
If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing in advance.

Personal Belongings

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.

We may update these Terms as our offerings evolve. The most current version will always apply.
